Jenny Parks
As you can see this picture of Jenny Parks was taken a few months ago, when Jenny remained at home waiting for Covid restrictions to ease. We are happy to report that Jenny has now resumed her placement at Colchester Community Workshops and while getting up early in the mornings is not really something she loves, she welcomed the opportunity to return. CCW first met Jenny as a student at CEC, engaged in their “School to Work” transitioning program. We quickly recognized Jenny to be friendly, fun, eager to learn and slightly dramatic and since entering into full time placement at CCW in 2018, she hasn’t changed a bit. Jenny can be counted on to bring a smile to her program every day and she is always willing to help, assuming that she didn’t stay up to late on her phone. It is quite possible, however, that she has a good excuse for being on line into the wee hours. Jenny has a wedding to plan for next year! She is marrying her best friend Marc, who she met here at CCW. Rumor has it that the honeymoon will be spent in Disney World. Can you imagine anything more fun? Congratulations Jenny.
