Noel Smith
This gentle man is Noel Smith, well known for the amazing soups and chili that he has prepared for Colchester Community Workshops’ Intercolonial Café over the years. Unfortunately, the Café is currently closed but rest assured, upon its reopening Noel will once again be wearing the chef’s apron. In the meantime, Noel is willingly helping out in another program area, recognizing the benefits to be gained from trying new things. In fact, Noel is one of those people who believes in setting new goals for himself on a regular basis. Such focus has resulted in previous volunteer work with Kane’s Kitchen, involvement with the local chapter of People’s First and playing bocce with Special Olympics. Having said that, Noel also appreciates the opportunity to relax and unwind with the occasional meal and beverage at one of Truro’s local dining establishments. If you are out and about in Truro and you see Noel, be sure to say “hello”
