Delaney House.

Rotary House opened in 2005 and has served as STEPs (formerly CCW) headquarters. It was designed to accommodate 60 clients and operate seven programs. Since that time, we have grown. We currently support 80 clients, 10 in-house programs, 11 instructors, seven utility works and five administrative roles. At this time, we are operating past capacity, preventing us from offering new programs and accepting new clients.

Delaney House will utilize the space in the two story building (32,000 sq ft) to expand the New-To-You thrift store and café on the first floor and create six residential apartments for clients and additional flex space on the second floor. The clean, affordable apartments will be offered exclusively to STEPs clients and will present a unique social support system alleviating some of the significant social isolation commonly felt by many with intellectual disabilities. Free, vacated space in Rotary House will allow for program growth that will better support clients in a variety of life skills
