Tracy Lemmon

Anyone who has attended a tour of Rotary House has probably met this smiling lady. Tracy Lemmon is the first to extend her hand, introduce herself, and immediately ask for your name in return. When Tracy first started attending at STEPs on Arthur in 2005, she participated in the Resources Plus program and while she enjoyed the program and her fellow participants, she took great pride in being asked to help out in the New to You clothing area. Eventually, Tracy made the decision to transition to this program on a permanent basis. She is adept at hanging clothes for display and willingly helps out wherever needed. What she loves most, however, is her interactions with the public and our customers. When taking items into the store, Tracy quickly engages in conversations, greeting neighbors and strangers alike. She will share stories of her family, a favorite movie or perhaps draw attention to her earrings or sweater that often showcase a holiday motif. Tracy truly has a gift of making everyone feel welcome and deserving of attention. Thank you Tracy for bringing those qualities with you each and every day, when you attend at STEPs on Arthur.
